One celeb mum has started a feud with Cheryl after criticising the star for showing off her toned torso shortly after giving birth.

Chanelle Hayes, who has just given birth to her second son Frankie Oates with boyfriend Ryan has criticised Cheryl for showing off her body at the Game4Grenfell match earlier this month.

Chanelle is reported to have said in an interview with Reveal magazine: “She has all that money and her mum’s there all the time to look after the baby while she does a million crunches.

“I don’t think it’s fair – it’s put me off her.”

But now Chanelle, who is also mum to seven-year-old Blakely, and has apparently said she’d marry boyfriend Ryan if she could shed her own post-baby body weight, has defended her comments on Twitter:

Do you agree with Chanelle or think she should’ve kept her mouth shut?

If you’ve recently given birth, find support and friendship in your birth club.

I agree with CHanelle – celeb mums with all the time and money shouldn’t show off and make other mums feel bad

If Cheryl is lucky enough to be able to have a personal trainer and the time, then why not. I know I would. She looks great.

How does she know Cheryl has been working out? Maybe that’s just how her body is and went back to pre pregnancy pretty quickly. Body shaming goes both ways and Chanelle is in the wrong in my opinion.

Yeh defo agree with this, I was slim pre pregnancy and was back in my normal size clothes 2 days after birth and I got slated for it by so called friends.
      I don’t think it’s fair.

This is going to sound awful… But I actually think Chanelle is setting a much worse example. Cheryl’s body is healthy.

I’m sick of seeing celebrities flaunting their perfect lives and bodies. Ok good for Cheryl but at same time so bloody what! if we had the time and money to palm our babies off on nannies we would be able to look that good with personal trainers but we don’t because we are too busy being full time moms and/or working hard in real jobs! Maybe it’s not so easy for other moms to loose the weight don’t help other lucky people flaunting it all the time!

I don’t think this comment is fair! You know nothing about Cheryl’s life to make that judgement on her.

I don’t like Cheryl personally because she is very “me, me,me” but to accuse her of not having a “real job” or being a “good mum” is ludicrous. I work hard I have 4 kids and I have an excellent figure because I work out and I eat healthily and that is my choice and I shouldn’t have to hide away or pretend to be something different just because others might be offended by it. We are all different and I’m so tired of people thinking they go can throw mud at someone for their achievements just because it might upset some who haven’t/can’t reach the same.
